WW

Not even a week on WW's and I am already trying to cheat. I am drinking the water and I am working out, but the 5 fruits/veggies and 2 milk servings/day are what's tough. I don't like milk, cheese has a high point value and I cannot make myself eat 2 yogurts a day. As far as f&v's....I like them, but it is hard to get them all in. As for cheating, I don't really consider it cheating if I count the points but it is not the ideal WW health for life plan. I like my Dr. Pepper and snickers (or chocolate anything for that matter, and none of the sugar free stuff, it makes my tummy hurt). So what if I don't have enough points for dinner, I have to have my Dr. Pepper and if I am giving up the tobacco I can't give up the chocolate too.

The first week (two actually) is always the hardest. You might want to rethink what your having for breakfast and lunch if you don't have points for dinner.
And for the love, sodas will only make it harder.

You know you can eat pudding (low fat, which is still really good), and it totally counts. And if you have chocolate pudding, it can help with your choco cravings :) I also eat fudge bars (low/no fat) to help with cravings and they cound as a dairy product too. And if you do a veggie sub / mcdonalds salad for lunch it helps with the fruits and veggies.
Cant help you on the sodas - I immediately converted to diet because I wasnt willing to give up food for sodas...
Love ya,
Your very own personal WW consultant!!! LOL
